The structure of these blended courses allows learners to first complete the ‘knowing’ component of their courses via instructor supported e-learning modules. This means that learners have to complete about 6-hours of self study before they come to class.
There are 2.5 days of classroom left, from 5 days in a more traditional program. For each of the topics there is a short recap of theory, followed by exercises, case studies, and group learning assignments.
