The E-Learning Course incorporates the experience from the already launched Classroom v3 Foundation Bridging Course

Course Details
The v3 Foundations Bridging course trains previous ITIL Foundation-certified learners on the new content of the ITIL v3 Foundation syllabus. The course introduces learners to the concept of the Service Lifecycle approach to IT Service Management, according to ITIL version 3. This Bridging course is designed to update candidates holding Foundation certificates from earlier versions of ITIL to a level of knowledge and understanding in line with the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
